As of 01.01.2014, we are committed to collect a community residence tax of 2.00 € per person and night for all persons over 14 years.
Our conditions
Minimum stay
The prices are valid for stays of at least 3 nights per apartment and night with 2-4 persons. For additional beds we charge 10 €.
The price includes:
Bed linen, fully equipped kitchen, radio, electricity, heating and final cleaning.
Free baby equipment is available on request. Ask for our special offers.
Pets
For your pets we charge 10 € per day (food not included). Please bring your own basket or blanket.
Payment
Please pay cash on site.
Since January 1st 2016, according to the Legislative Decree 208/2015 in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 2.999.99 in cash.
Down payment
We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit – according to your booked period – has been paid.
Please fill in your name and the holiday period as the purpose of payment.
Arrival & Departure
On the day of arrival, you can move into your apartment at 2 pm; on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment not later than 9.00 am. Other times are possible upon request.

Cancellation
A holiday cancellation or interruption is always unpleasant for both sides, these are our conditions and therefore we recommend a cancellation insurance from the company Red Rooster.
Until 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price.
In case of a cancellation within the last 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price.
Failure to occupy the booked apartments at the agreed date without previous cancellation: 100% of the total price.
In case of early departure you will be charged for the days of occupancy, and 100% of the agreed price for the remainder of the unused days.
